Welcome to Prelax Enterprise. By accessing our website (prelaxenterprise.in) and engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

Prelax Enterprise provides premium software engineering, mobile application development, enterprise SEO, and growth marketing services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any project will be outlined in a separate, mutually agreed-upon Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW).

2. Intellectual Property

Upon full clearance of all outstanding invoices, the intellectual property (IP) rights to the final delivered software, designs, or marketing assets are transferred to the client, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the SOW. Prelax Enterprise retains the rights to any underlying frameworks, open-source configurations, or proprietary internal tools used during development.

3. Payments & Billing

All development and marketing retainers are strictly billed according to the agreed schedule. We require an initial deposit before any architecture or strategy work commences. Failure to meet payment milestones will result in the suspension of all active services and development environments until the account is settled.

4. Confidentiality (NDA)

We operate under strict confidentiality. Prelax Enterprise agrees not to disclose any proprietary business logic, algorithms, or internal data of our clients to any third party. We treat your digital infrastructure with absolute security and discretion.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we architect our systems for 99.99% uptime and deploy mathematically sound marketing strategies, Prelax Enterprise shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of revenue or data) resulting from external factors, third-party API failures, or sudden search engine algorithm updates.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with a written 30-day notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for paying for all work completed up to the date of cancellation.
